JoAnne, retired Director of Education for the Jefferson County History and Art Center, is the curator of the Bill Smith costume jewelry collection. Winner of the 2007 Frank and Judy O'Banion Heritage Enrichment Award for her hands-on exhibits. Designed, produced and marketed three textile exhibits. Developed and taught numerous children's programs and field trips throughout her 26 years at the museum. Award winning author of Visionary Designs by Bill Smith, t.j. Avid collector of Bill SmIth jewelry and ephemera.
